The FORUM of United States Administrative Law Judges (“FORUM”), is a professional judicial organization for both sitting and retired U.S. Administrative Law Judges (“ALJs”). Since 1983, FORUM has educated the public about the important due process adjudication work of all federal ALJs, which is governed by the Administrative Procedure Act (“APA”). FORUM has been tireless in its advocacy for the independence of ALJs and the due process rights of all American citizens.
